PG/PP MAMAS
This subscription plan consist of a small tub of 300-400kcal+ per meal on average, with a variety of healthy fats such as avocado, seeds and nuts. It will be suitable if you are looking to:
- Fuel energy for motherhood
- Prevent gestational diabetes during pregnancy
- Have more time for baby, less on cooking
- Find hormonal balance
- Shed post-baby weight
Important note: This is NOT meant for confinement. While confinement meals typically cater to postpartum recovery with specific herbs and ingredients, our meals focus on fueling energy while shedding post-baby weight and supporting overall wellness.
Subscription Meals
Meals are meant to cover Monday to Friday lunch or/and dinner however you can stretch out to weekends as you wish.
We would highly advice to leave the weekends for mindful cheat meals/family meals! ;)
Subscription Cycle
Total meals per monthly cycle (4 weeks):
2 meals a day = 40 meals = 8 deliveries
1 meal a day = 20 meals = 4 deliveries
Subscription Delivery
If you are opting for 1 meal a day, you will receive 5 meals in 1 delivery per week (every Thursday night)
For 2 meals a day, you will receive 10 meals split into in 2 deliveries per week (every Friday AND Tuesday night).
Self-pickup is only available for monthly subscribers.
