For minor customization such as swapping base or protein, you may add your request under remarks at check out. Example: No rice, No pasta, No fish

All our plans are tailored for weight loss. For a caloric deficit, you may want to determine the maximum number of calories you should consume and work backwards to find which plan fits your daily routine.

Yes, the Protein Carb Fat count will be written on the label with the total calories. It’s important to keep in mind that the macro counts on our meals are general estimation as we do not do lab testing. Slight variations may occur.
Subscription Information

We do not have a one-time payment plan but all our subscriptions are flexible and can be cancelled at any time before renewal.

For weekly plans, renewal will be every Thursday of the week you start. For monthly plans, renewal will be every Thursday of your final week.
If you have rescheduled any deliveries in between, we will move your renewal accordingly. We will not charge you for your next cycle until all deliveries have been completed. -
We currently use a third-party delivery service that charges fees based on volume. Unfortunately, this means we can’t offer discounts.

Don't worry! You can always reschedule your deliveries if you inform us at least 3 days in advance via Whatsapp or IG DM.
Changes and cancellations

Need a break? No problem! You can click "suspend" your subscription anytime through your account settings. Just make sure to do it before renewal to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

You can log in to your account and cancel anytime before the next renewal date. If you cancel in between your active subscription before deliveries have been completed, do let us know if you wish to reschedule your balance.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions that renew automatically. To avoid being charged, please make sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.We kindly ask for your understanding in taking responsibility for managing your own accounts.

Absolutely! You will need to cancel your current plan first and cart out your desired plan. If your current plan has not been completed yet and you wish to make the changes in between, do reach out to us via Whatsapp or DM.
Delivery

For 1 meal a day, delivery falls on Thursdays.
For 2 meals a day, delivery falls every Friday and Tuesday.We deliver between 7pm-10pm. Each delivery consist of 5 meal tubs.
If you wish to have a different arrangement, there will be an additional cost of $15 per trip. -
Self-pickup is only available for monthly subscribers.
For 1 meal a day, collect the meals every Thursday. For 2 meals a day, collect every Friday and Tuesday. Every pickup consist of 5 tubs of meals.Location: 680116
Time: 8pm to 12amPlease notify us via Instagram DM or Whatsapp us on your estimated arrival time on the day itself. Setting a fixed timing every week would be helpful for us.

If your schedule is not aligned with our pickup days, please arrange your own delivery. We seek your understanding that we are unable to hold the meals due to our limited storage space.
